VE Day

This Friday, 8th May, we are remembering VE Day.

On 8th May 1945, the fighting, in Europe, during World II ended after six years!

Sadly, the war had not ended in the countries in the Far East. This didn't end until the 15th August 1945. It is remembered as VJ day on 15th August.
