Lunchtime Support Assistant

Hours: 12.00pm – 1.15pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: Grade 3 – Southampton Support Staff Pay Spine (approximately £13.30 per hour)

We are looking for a friendly, caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Support Assistant to join our school team.

The successful candidate will help to ensure that our pupils have a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime. The role will involve supporting pupils while they eat, encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction, and supervising children during outdoor and indoor play.

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children and has a warm, caring approach.
Is patient, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
Can promote positive behaviour and good relationships.
Is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our pupils.
