Start by entering any ‘room’ with an outside door. You travel through at least one more room adding the numbers as you go before leaving through an outside door. You are not allowed back in a room! |

Make sure you spend some time exercising. You could run on the spot, do star jumps, skip around your home or walk up and down the stairs 5 times (if you have any!). If you prefer you could find a workout on the internet. |
